To our STL Beds community,

I want to let you know that due to COVID-19, we have had to make a few necessary changes. The health and safety of each and every one of you, including our staff, is our top priority. That being said, we have laid out the different changes being implemented and what to expect in the coming months.

Please note that all STL Beds products are available on our website. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and will provide updates as it evolves. If you have any questions or concerns in regards to a product or the changes detailed below, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We can be reached via online chat, email, or a phone call.

Health Precautions

First and foremost, I want to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff. In order to do this, I have advised all staff members to work from home assisting with online sales and to avoid all unnecessary travel. If you need to get in contact with someone at the business, you can still reach out to us via our business line at (636) 296-8540.

Curbside Pickup

For those who live in the Missouri or Illinois area, I will be providing curbside pick-up at our brick and mortar location for all STL Beds products. I will be the only one in the store in order to eliminate exposure.

When you arrive at the store, please call our business line or my cell number in order to alert me of your arrival. I will then ask you to let me know which product you’re looking to purchase or for an order number if you ordered online. I will then locate the product(s), sanitize them, and either drop them off outside of the store for you to retrieve or help you load them into your vehicle, depending on whatever you’re comfortable with. If you have questions about this, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Delivery Options

We have always provided free shipping on all STL Beds products and will continue to do so. We offer three different delivery options: Ground Shipping, Back of Truck, or White Glove shipping services. Depending on the product, more than one of these options may be available to you. For more information on this, please reference our shipping policy.

Comfort Guarantee

Since our customers can no longer come into our store to try out our products before they buy, we are now providing a “comfort guarantee”. This means that if you shop online, purchase a product (such as a new mattress) and have it shipped to your home, you have 100 days to decide if you’re satisfied with the product. If you’re unsatisfied, you can either exchange the product for a different one we offer* or request a full refund less shipping/delivery charges.

* You will have to pay the difference if the new product is more expensive than the original one you bought.

Sanitation Efforts

We’re taking extra precautions when it comes to sanitation. This means that all products and delivery trucks are thoroughly cleaned before and after shipments. I have also made sure to stock our store with all necessary cleaning supplies to ensure a safe working environment. In regards to curbside pickup, I will sanitize your product and wear medical grade gloves and a mask in order to limit contact. We’ll continue to follow guidance and recommendations from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) as the COVID-19 situation develops.

We’re currently running a special promotion to help support local hospitals during these difficult times. At checkout, use code TOGETHER5. This promotion will take 5% of your purchase and STL Beds will donate 5% of the total cost of your purchase to a local hospital in the St. Louis area.
