In the unlikely event that you are ever dissatisfied with your Symbol sleep set, contact the Authorized Symbol Mattress Dealer that sold it to you. Symbol Mattress retailers handle all warranty questions.

Limited Warranty

Symbol Mattress warrants that this sleep set will be free from manufacturing defects. Please note: Symbol Mattress agrees to repair or replace any factory defective piece of a sleep set but will not repair or replace the matching piece unless it is also defective.

Additionally, this Limited Warranty is provided only to the original purchaser of the sleep set, and proof of purchase is required.

What is Not Covered?

1. Beds that are stained, soiled, or burned.
2. Handles (which should be used only to position the mattress and may pull out if used to support the full weight of the mattress).
3. Border wires (which run along the perimeter of the mattress and box spring or foundation) bent due to moving or bending of the sleep set.
4. Structural damage to the mattress or foundation due to the use of an improper bed frame. King and Queen size sets should rest on a frame with a rigid center support having at least one center leg.
5. Impressions of 2 inches or greater on only one side of the mattress (unless the mattress is a single-sided Symbol mattress in which case only the top side of the mattress needs to have an impress in excess of 2 inches to be cover).
6. Mattress damage due to the use of a non-matching box spring or foundation. A Symbol mattress is designed for full performance when used in conjunction with a matching Symbol box spring or foundation.
7. Replacement of a matching piece in the sleep set, unless such other piece is also defective.
8. Transportation/freight or ship costs. It is the responsibility of the consumer to pay ALL transportation freight, and shipping costs when returning a defective Symbol product to or picking up a replacement product from an Authorized Symbol dealer. In the event the Authorized Symbol dealer is out of business, consumers are responsible for picking up replacement product from the nearest Symbol manufacturing facility or paying all costs associated with deliver of replacement product via common carrier.

Do Not Smoke In Bed or Expose Your Sleep Set To An Open Flame.

Your new Symbol mattress and box spring/foundation meets or exceeds all Federal laws concerning flammability including 16 CFR Part 1633 if it was produced after July 1, 2007.

Symbol Mattress shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, which result through the use of this product.

Your rights under state law:

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

The duration of any applicable implied warranties shall not exceed in duration the term of this limited warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty is extended only to the original consumer purchaser from Symbol Mattress or its authorized dealers:

No warranties, expressed or implied, are extended to persons who purchase the product from anyone other than Symbol Mattress Company or its authorized dealers, and all warranties to such persons, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, are hereby excluded.
