• Steel Inner Spring Coil Unit: More tempered steel coil springs are added for toughness as compared to the Spirit and the Spirit Pillow Top. This is the first of 3 firmness choices within this firmness level of mattresses. Our heavy-duty coil spring unit is designed to support the body’s natural curves while giving it a firmer level of support. Heavy gauge steel is used in the building of the coil unit and steel border rod, which provide added reliability to the mattresses design. Coil counts vary depending on size of mattress
• Polyurethane Foam: 2 stout layers of foam make up the firm cushioning for this step up model within the Comfort Series Collection.
• Quilted Ticking: This tightly quilted pattern and generous layer of support foam gives a very firm level of support within its price class. Not a lot of give in this mattress, which can often benefit stomach sleepers. This is a step up in the level of support compared to the Spirit and Spirit Pillow Top beds.
• 16 CFR Part 1633 Compliant: The mandatory mattress rule requires mattresses manufactured on or after July 1, 2007 to operate in accordance with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission's (CPSC) new flammability standard. This new standard is designed to reduce the severity of mattress fires that are ignited by an open flame from sources like candles, matches, and lighters presenting to consumers the safest mattresses ever offered.
• Box Spring / Foundation: We offer you a choice of Box Spring, Low Profile Box Spring, or Heavy Duty wood foundation. All of our bases are hand made in our plant and assemble using Canadian Spruce. Canadian Spruce is significant wood used commercially for pulpwood & construction lumber. Often it is used in specialty items such as boat paddles & oars, boxes, and cabinets.
• 5 year Limited warranty: Covers workmanship and material defects such as extreme or excessive wear in a short period of time, coil breakage, border rod breakage etc. See dealer for a copy of the complete warranty. Your peace of mind is assured with the best and most complete warranty in its class.
