Features and Benefits
• Our base starts with 2 pieces 11/4 inches of Poplar hardwood around the entire framework of our boxspring laminated together. Others are thinner and use 1 piece
• Our crossbars are also 11/4 inches pieces of hardwood Polar
• Queen boxsprings use 2 heavy-duty11/4 inches pieces of hardwood Poplar center beams, where many companies only use 1 center beam head to toe
• Campbell uses the Leggett & Platt Semi-Flex™ 10 gauge heavy-duty grid wire surface with grid leg assembly. This boxspring is noiseless and unparalleled in strength and toughness
• A heavy duty shoddy Pad is the 1rst Insulator and has been hog ringed to the heavy duty 3 gauge border rod
• A 6 Lb. layer or All Natural 100% Cotton is used to insulate the heavy-duty grid wire surface
• Heavy-duty 3-gauge border-rod is welded solidly to the 10-gauge grid for maximum edge firmness to eliminate side sway
• This one-piece steel unit has passed all durability tests that included Cornell, Rollator and Impact
• The grid legs are triple stapled on the edge parameter and double stapled in the middle legs to assure a solid fit that won’t come unfastened
• Non-skid Econo Tex Top is sewn to the side panel and is pulled over the entire box unit. All natural cotton has been added to the corners to protect fabric and improve the tailoring and is then turned over and is fastened securely
• Double Fastened. The dust cover is fastened and stapled. This additional fastening process adds holding power to the previously attached upholstery.
