Our Core Support & Cushioning:
Superior cushioning is achieved through:
1. The most crucial layer that works night after night is the heavy gauge wire flex o later which protects the layers from damage caused by coil springs acting like a cookie cutter against the upholstery
2. A secondary firm insulator pad is added to assist the flex o lator.
3. One layer of inch densified polyester pad works to minimize body compressions
4. 2 layers of All Natural Premium Cotton added for cushioning and durability. Few Beds use this natural material anymore due to increase raw material costs.
5. The Chiro-Care has a 528 alternating coil unit with power edge
supports for longer lasting sides and extra seat edge support.

Our Heavy Duty Steel Box Spring
Campbell wants to show you how a box spring system should be built, with tempered for hardness steel springs that are semi-flexible. The top of the box spring uses intermingled steel that forms a grid shape. This checkerboard grid assists by properly distributing weight. We reduce the harshness of the steel by putting a generous cotton-batting layer over the grid to help shield the bottom side of your 2-sided mattress from chaffing. You would not build a house with out a good footing. A good box spring is the footing for a mattress set. Poplar, which is a hardwood, is the basis for our footing and is assembled with 1-¼ inch thick pieces. We merge 2 such pieces together to increase the box springs total strength. The 2 pieces total a solid 2-1/2 inches of sturdy thickness. At Campbell Mattress our wood and steel box spring is strongest and most durable for the money and will stand up to the test of time and use.

Each Campbell Mattress is tested to be Fire Retardant offering you or your family member precious extra moments of time in the event of a fire. This mattress set meets the requirements of 16CFR part 1633.
