I purchased a 57″ TV from America and the extended warranty. THe warranty states parts and LABOR. My lamp in my TV went out over a month ago and I am still trying to get them to honor the warranty that is still good. I was told with a credit card they would ship me a lamp. I do not want my card billed and I want a service person to put it in the TV(labor). They are not going out of business so this is not exceptable to me. I will call a local TV station if it is not resolved shortly.

I would start by contacting your credit card company. If that does work then contact the BBB.
